Daniel Wall

Daniel D. Wall is a trial attorney who represents companies, executives, public entities, and individuals in high-stakes disputes and sensitive matters in state and federal courts. His practice includes complex commercial litigation and corporate governance disputes, including matters involving fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and misappropriation of trade secrets. He also represents clients in constitutional litigation and white-collar and criminal defense matters.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Wall spent six years as a trial attorney with the Santa Clara County Office of the Public Defender, where he first-chaired many jury trials to verdict and gained extensive courtroom experience.

Mr. Wall was named Duane Morris’s Pro Bono Attorney of the Year for his work on a complex international child abduction matter. He now serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice.

Outside the firm, Mr. Wall is active in civic and nonprofit leadership in San Francisco. He serves as President of The Guardsmen and on the Board of Directors of Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco. He also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Council of Santa Clara University School of Law’s Social Justice Advisory Board.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Mr. Wall earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. An All-American swimmer, he swam for the University of Virginia and won two ACC team championships.
